Real Estate Sales Agent

Location: Abu Dhabi | Type: Full-Time
We’re looking for ambitious and client-focused Sales Agents to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage property sales and client relationships.
  • Conduct viewings, negotiations, and deal closings.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE property trends.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in real estate (preferred).
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
  • Positive, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Compensation: Attractive commission-based package + bonuses.

Location: Abu Dhabi | Type: Full-Time
You’ll be the key link between property owners and potential buyers.
Responsibilities:

  • Source, list, and market new properties.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for ad campaigns.
  • Keep listings accurate and updated across platforms.

Requirements:

  • Strong networking and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems and listing portals.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.

Location: Abu Dhabi | Type: Full-Time
We’re looking for a confident communicator who can manage inbound and outbound calls for property inquiries.
Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client calls and qualify leads.
  • Schedule appointments for Sales Agents.
  • Maintain call logs and CRM records.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills.
